Design an experience with as few steps as possible, with tasks that are quick and simple to understand.
Bringing the same experience to the web platform in a more complete way for a more experienced user who will have to manage the requests coming from the mobile.
Solutions
My solution was to create an intuitive and integrated platform with a dashboard in the web solution that would provide the user with all the information in a playful and self-explanatory way.
Leaving the web solution with few features to facilitate the access by people with little experience in technology devices.
